Storm in the Knesset Constitution Committee: MK Erez Malul of Shas attacked the Deputy Attorney General, Attorney Gil Limon, today (Tuesday), during a discussion of the Basic Law on the Authority to Investigate and Prosecute.
""You are motivated by hatred," the Shas MK lashed out at him. "You want fratricidal hatred. You want to dismantle Israeli society. You and the ousted MP, who is doing your job, have put sticks in the wheels of the draft law. You have opened a task force whose sole purpose is to impose more sanctions on the Haredim. You are harming women and infants.".
Malul added: "They promised you that if you dissolve the government, you will be the next Attorney General. That won't happen! There will be elections and the public will have its say. The public is fed up with your dictatorship.".
