The terrorist was identified as he crossed the 'yellow line' and approached the fighter positions in a suspicious and threatening manner, apparently with the aim of carrying out an attack or gathering intelligence.
As soon as the threat was identified on the ground, combat procedures were activated, and within minutes the Air Force aircraft was directed towards it, and the Air Force carried out a precise attack and eliminated the terrorist.
An intelligence investigation conducted after the incident revealed that this was a terrorist who took an active part in the raid into Israeli territory during the October 7 massacre and who had recently attempted to carry out a series of attacks against IDF forces operating in the Gaza Strip.
