The police made their way to the scene, when another report was received: the driver of the vehicle traveling the wrong way hit a vehicle coming in front of him near the Tzalmon intersection.

The incident resulted in no casualties.

The driver of the vehicle that was hit told the police: "I was driving normally on the road. Like in the movies, he came at me...""

The police began searching for the vehicle, slowing down traffic from the Golani-Kedir junction, until the vehicle was located near the Ravid interchange. The driver was located in the vehicle and found to be unwell and was examined by medical personnel on site.

An examination revealed that the driver, a resident of the north, was 110 years old!

The driver was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

He was later summoned to the police station for questioning by the traffic examiner.
