Forces from the 226th Brigade Combat Team and the Yahalam unit under the command of the 146th Division destroyed - using more than 24 tons of explosives - an underground tunnel belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization with a total length of more than 140 meters in the Ras Bida area in southern Lebanon.
Within the underground infrastructure, the forces located operational shafts, numerous weapons, and living and organizing rooms.
According to an IDF statement, the tunnel was used by Hezbollah terrorists to promote terrorist plots in recent times.
In addition, over the past 24 hours, the Air Force, under the direction of the division's forces, attacked a number of terrorists and terrorist infrastructures of the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
