After the Prime Minister's announcement that there is no majority for the dormitory law: The Torah Flag faction announced this afternoon (Tuesday) in a strong statement that it is demanding that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Likud fulfill their commitment to bring the dormitory law to approval.
The party's statement stated: "There was a commitment by the Prime Minister and the Likud to bring the dormitory law to approval. We firmly stand by this and will not accept any rejection or withdrawal from it.".
Agudat Israel announced that it stands united with Degel Hatorah in demanding the passage of the dormitory law.
The AGOI statement stated: "The entire faction stands united with Degel Hatorah in a firm demand that the Prime Minister fulfill his promise to pass the dormitory law.".
