Givati Brigade forces identified earlier today (Wednesday) a launcher belonging to the terrorist organization Hezbollah that was placed inside a civilian building in southern Lebanon, near IDF forces operating south of the front defense line.
The launcher that was detected was aimed at the territory of the State of Israel and IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon, posing a real threat to them.
In a quick turnaround, the forces attacked and destroyed the launcher in an attempt to remove the threat.
The terrorist organization Hezbollah continues to place terrorist infrastructures within and near civilian properties, to promote terrorist plots against the State of Israel and IDF forces.
Additionally, in two separate incidents earlier today, the terrorist organization Hezbollah launched several explosive drones that exploded near IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon, south of the front defense line. There were no casualties among our forces.
