Anxiety in London's Jewish neighborhood: Two Haredim were stabbed this morning (Wednesday) in a stabbing attack outside a synagogue in the Golders Green neighborhood.
The two injured were taken to the hospital and are in serious condition. The stabbing suspect was arrested at the scene shortly after the attack.
According to a report by the local "Shomerim" organization, the suspect was seen running along the main street, armed with a knife - and attempting to stab passersby of Jewish appearance.
The organization's volunteers who were called to the scene responded quickly, chased the suspect, and managed to detain him in the area until police arrived.
The police officers who arrived at the scene used a Taser to neutralize the suspect - and arrested him.
The two injured, members of the Haredi community in the London capital, received initial treatment from volunteers from the Hatzala organization and were quickly evacuated to the hospital in a serious condition, which was described by medical officials as stable.
Local police are still collecting evidence and evidence at the scene.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer responded: "The incident in London is deeply disturbing.".
The World Zionist Organization's envoy to Britain, Matan Bar Noy, posted a video from London immediately after the attack: "I am taking off my kippa now on the street and also my pin because the instruction is to now modestly wear all Jewish symbols.

President of the State Isaac Herzog expressed deep shock: "I am shocked by the violent attack against Jews on the streets of London. We all pray for the speedy recovery of the injured. We will not accept a reality in which innocent citizens are brutally attacked simply because of their faith - in broad daylight in one of the great capitals of the West. The British government and the authorities must act urgently and immediately, before the next anti-Semitic attack occurs.".
