Today (Tuesday), a resident identified a Palestinian Authority flag and a suspicious black bag next to it, placed on a road between two settlement points in the Shiloh bloc - on the axis that serves as a buffer between the villages of Jalud and Qutza.

Following the identification, security forces were called to the scene.

This is the second time in two weeks that terrorists have attempted to carry out a pull attack using an explosive device against Israelis on a traffic route in the Gush Shiloh area.

Last time, the terrorists placed a dummy bomb – and this time it is an active and dangerous pipe bomb.

Saboteurs who arrived at the scene examined the find and located the explosive device, which was neutralized on the spot. There were no injuries in the incident.

In recent weeks, there have been several attempts to harm Israelis in the area, along with attacks against shepherds and residents.

The settlement notes that some of the incidents are subsequently presented unilaterally as settler violence, while ignoring the repeated attempts to harm Israelis on the roads and in the field.

Head of the Binyamin Council and Chairman of the Yesha Council Yisrael Gantz: "When such an incident occurs again, it is not an isolated incident - it is a system. Another bomb placed on a road, another attempt to harm civilians, and again it ends in a miracle. We have seen in recent weeks an increase in attempts to harm residents and shepherds. This is an attempted murder in every sense of the word, and I expect the IDF to act forcefully against the village, to reach those behind this and prevent the next attack. We must not wait for a disaster to act.".
