The General Security Service arrested a settler last night (Monday) near the settlement of Shilo in Binyamin.

The settler was taken for questioning by the Shin Bet, who issued a warrant preventing him from meeting with an attorney for two days.

Unusually, and for an unclear reason, after a few hours, the Shin Bet rescinded and lifted the exceptional order.

The settler is represented by Attorney Nati Rom on behalf of the Honenu organization.

Adv. Rom: "The use of a tool to prevent encounters that is supposed to be used against the worst of our enemies and whose use is defined by the ruling as being used in rare cases only, has become common against the settler community. This is unacceptable and contrary to morality and the law.".
