An Israeli source told Kan News that it appears that President Donald Trump has decided to postpone the deadline, in order to give the Iranians another opportunity to return to the negotiating table.
Meanwhile, the United States continues its redeployment in Israel, and has transferred dozens of refueling planes, fighter jets, air defense missiles, and armaments to the country.
According to reports, about 90 American refueling planes have arrived in Israel in the past two weeks and are currently parked at Ben Gurion Airport, Ramon Airport, and Uvda Base.
The deployment is reminiscent of the days of the joint campaign carried out by the United States and Israel during Operation Roaring Harrier.
Senior Israeli officials told Kan News that Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is dictating a tough and firm line in negotiations with the United States, which is making it difficult to reach understandings between the sides.
However, the same senior officials claim that a powerful joint attack by the Americans and Israel against Iran is expected to improve the United States' position in the negotiations.
