The far-left party continues to fan the flames of hatred: A new recording that was revealed this evening (Monday) on Channel 14 from a conference of 'Democrats' activists in Kiryat Ono, documents Chairman Yair Golan making shocking incitement remarks against the Haredi public.
Golan chose to use humiliating imagery towards an entire sector.
""Today they are 13.51% of the population," Golan said, referring to the increase in the number of Haredim - adding: "A rapidly growing public lives as a parasite on the rest of the population. This cannot work.".
According to him, the Haredi public constitutes an unbearable burden on the state: "You are too heavy, we cannot carry you on our backs. We cannot work for you and pay taxes for you.".
If the derogatory epithets weren't enough, Golan chose to compare the treatment of the Haredi public to the Palestinians: "Regarding the Haredi, as I said regarding the Palestinians – separation or annexation, regarding the Haredi – separation or integration.".
