Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman, MK Avigdor Lieberman, on Monday afternoon distanced himself from statements made by his bloc colleague, Democratic Party Chairman Yair Golan, that he would agree to the evacuation of farms and outposts in Judea and Samaria after the elections.

Lieberman sneered: "I already said that Yair Golan has no coordination between his head and his mouth. All the stories about evacuating outposts, evacuating settlements, I simply suggest that he register for the storytelling festival.".

He added: "The next government will focus on resolving the issue against enemies, against the Iranians, against the Houthis, against Hamas, against Hezbollah. We will focus on common ground, on things that are in consensus, not on disputes.".

Lieberman referred to what Yair Golan said in an interview with Nadav Perry's podcast, that most of the parties in the bloc opposing Netanyahu are aligning with him.

""The vision for me is two states for two peoples - and the beginning of this process is to prevent further annexation, fight Palestinian and Jewish terrorism, and evacuate the illegal outposts and farms. We can agree on this tomorrow morning with Naftali Bennett, Gadi Eisenkot, and also with Lieberman.".
