During the night (Thursday), a number of Israeli citizens arrived in the Mount Hermon area with the aim of crossing the border into Syrian territory. An IDF force operating at the point prevented the citizens from crossing and detained them.
The detained citizens were transferred to the Israel Police for further treatment.
