Two Palestinians were arrested tonight for questioning in the offensive activities of fighters from the "Arrow of Judah" unit in the Sha'ar District, after their inciting activities against the State of Israel, support for terrorism and its perpetrators, and glorification of the October 7 massacre were monitored by the IDF Central Command.
Tonight (Tuesday), in an intelligence-driven counterintelligence operation and after monitoring and collecting information throughout the network, fighters from the Yehuda Arrow operational wing, under the precise direction of the Chief of Staff of the Sha'i District, raided the homes of two Palestinian suspects accused of incitement, encouraging attacks against citizens of the State of Israel, praising the events of the October 7 massacre, and more.
The first detainee was surprised by the fighters at around 4 a.m. in his bed in the Palestinian village of Al Majd. According to suspicions and preliminary investigation materials, this detainee, who is affiliated with the terrorist organization Hamas, incited against the State of Israel on social media and, through his activities, encouraged the carrying out of terrorist attacks in the area.
Among his publications, praises for the October Shiv events and, among other things, calls to go up and conquer Jerusalem by violence, and in the Friday sermon he wrote, under the title "Why Palestine is Ours," he stated: "Our war with Jews is a war of annihilation until the end.".
About an hour later, fighters from the Yehuda Arrow Brigade in the Palestinian town of Dahriyah arrested a 30-year-old local resident, suspected of incitement against the State of Israel. Among his publications, he published words of praise for the jihad fighters for their firm religious and military stance during the October 7 massacre, and words of praise for the "martyrs" during the massacre.
In another post, he praised the terrorist actions during Operation Wall Guardian, including the firing of Kornet missiles and rockets at the State of Israel, praising "Abu Hamza" - the spokesman for the military wing of Islamic Jihad, and comparing him to "Abu Obeidah" - the spokesman for Hamas.
The two suspects who were arrested were transferred to the Hebron police station for further interrogation and will later be brought before a court to extend their detention.
