Above the law? Attorney Gali Baharav-Miara has not yet published her meeting calendars for the fourth quarter of 2025, even though several months have passed since the scheduled date.
According to a report by Moti Castel on Channel 14, in accordance with the decision of the Jerusalem District Court, Baharav Meara is obligated to publish her diaries within 120 days of the end of each quarter.
For the last quarter of 2025, the deadline for publication is the end of April. As of today, two months after the deadline set by the judges, the information has not yet been made available to the public.
This is not the first time that there has been a significant delay in revealing the diaries. Previous investigations revealed that the publication was only made after repeated requests from Channel 14 to the Ministry of Justice. Now, it appears that the delay continues despite the demand for transparency and the explicit ruling.
Response from the Office of the Attorney General: The diary has been published regularly since the beginning of her term and is available for public review with full transparency. The response also noted that the next section of the diary will be published "in the coming days, according to custom.".
MK Avichai Boaron of the Likud said in response: "Again, the Attorney General is whining about the court. About two months ago, she should have forwarded and published her meeting schedule, but instead of implementing the court's decision, she is once again delaying, dodging, and postponing.".
