The IDF announced today (Wednesday) that it attacked and destroyed four rocket launch sites overnight in several locations throughout the Gaza Strip.
According to the IDF statement, the launch sites were established by the terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip recently, after the ceasefire went into effect, and were ready to launch at IDF forces and citizens of the State of Israel.
The IDF spokesman's statement noted that the positions posed an "immediate threat," and therefore it was decided to take action to destroy them.
The announcement effectively confirms that the terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip continue to strengthen and prepare terrorist infrastructures even during the ceasefire period.
