MK Yulia Malinovsky of Yisrael Beiteinu does not rule out the possibility of coalition cooperation with the far-left Democrats party.

When asked today (Sunday) in an interview with Channel 14 whether it was legitimate for her that the party would be part of the next government, she replied simply: "Yes.".

The statement led to a confrontation on the air with interviewer Ido Tauber, who replied to her: "So I ask you to take back all the things you just said. Because if you want to sit in the government with Yair Golan and his friends, then all your dreams about Gaza and closed crossings are dreams that will remain hanging in the air.".

Tauber added that in his opinion there is a gap between the messages presented by Yisrael Beiteinu and the willingness to sit with Yair Golan's party. "You can't come and say 'I'm right-wing, I'm right-wing' and then say 'I'll sit in the government with Yair Golan.' The right is a right-wing coalition.".

He also mentioned the previous government in which Yisrael Beiteinu was a partner, which he said did not advance right-wing policies in Judea and Samaria.

Malinowski did not withdraw her response or retract the position she presented.
