Another account closure: The IDF and Shin Bet carried out a targeted attack on the northern Gaza Strip on Wednesday, killing terrorist Muhammad Naim Jandia, head of military security for the Shajaiyah Battalion, the military wing of Hamas.

In the October 7 massacre, Jandia served as the head of the Nochba squad that raided Kibbutz Nahal Oz and led the murderous campaign on the ground.

During the fighting that morning, Jandia took an active part in the kidnapping of the armor officer, Captain Daniel Peretz, who fell in battle and whose body was kidnapped to Gaza.

During the 'Iron Swords' War, he was the man directly responsible for the imprisonment and holding of the three hostages Yotam Haim, Samer al-Talaalka and Alon Shamriyz, who were held captive by Hamas in an underground tunnel of the Shajaiyah Battalion - until the moment when they managed to escape captivity and were accidentally shot dead by IDF forces.

As part of Jandia's senior position in the Shajaiyah Battalion, he also recently tried to promote terrorist plots against our forces operating in the Gaza Strip.

Jandia was one of the prominent, masked activists who took part in the staged ceremonies of the Hamas terrorist organization, in preparation for the hostage release deals - and the production of the propaganda videos that Hamas distributed of the process of handing over the hostages to the Red Cross.
