
Four IDF soldiers were injured last night (Thursday) during a clash with a terrorist in southern Lebanon.
Among the wounded: a combat officer who was moderately injured, another combat officer and two combatants who were lightly injured.
The incident occurred around 10:00 PM, during operational activity by Brigade 679 in the security area in Beit Yahoun in southern Lebanon.
A terrorist from the Hezbollah terrorist organization, who was inside a building, threw a grenade at the force operating at the scene. As a result, the four fighters were injured.
The forces returned fire at the terrorist and killed him at the scene.
The wounded fighters were evacuated to a hospital for medical treatment.
At the same time as the encounter, the 91st Division's fire brigade attacked several terrorist infrastructures in the area with artillery fire and air strikes.
