In response to repeated violations by Hezbollah: Starting tonight (Friday), the IDF attacked more than 80 targets and eliminated dozens of terrorists from the Hezbollah terrorist organization in southern Lebanon.
This morning, the Air Force attacked two headquarters while Hezbollah terrorists were operating inside them in the Bekaa region of Lebanon.
In addition, starting tonight, the IDF attacked more than 80 Hezbollah headquarters, launch pads, and other terrorist infrastructures in the Nabatiya area and in several other areas in the 'security zone' and beyond in southern Lebanon.
During the attacks, dozens of terrorists operating in those headquarters were eliminated.
""The attacks were carried out in response to repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement by the terrorist organization Hezbollah," the IDF spokesman said in a statement. "IDF forces are continuing their mission in the 'security zone' in southern Lebanon, with an emphasis on destroying the strategic underground infrastructure that the terrorist organization Hezbollah has built in the Beaufort area over the years.".
Additionally, during the night, the IDF identified that the terrorist organization Hezbollah had launched rockets at IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon. In a quick closing of the loop, the IDF eliminated two terrorists who fled on a motorcycle from the launch area.
Afterwards, the IDF attacked and destroyed the launcher from which the rockets were launched at the forces.
