The Air Force intercepted several rockets launched by the terrorist organization Hezbollah this evening (Monday) towards the area where IDF forces are operating in southern Lebanon.

By policy, no alerts were triggered.

Additionally, in several separate incidents earlier today, Hezbollah launched an anti-tank missile and several mortar shells at IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon, without causing any casualties.

Additionally, in four different incidents throughout the day, IDF forces identified a number of terrorists who were traveling in vehicles and approaching IDF forces in a manner that posed an immediate threat to them.

Immediately after identification, the Air Force, under the direction of the forces, attacked all threats in a targeted manner.

""The IDF will continue to act to remove the immediate threat," the IDF spokesman said in a statement.

As part of the disgraceful agreement signed by the United States with Iran, new guidelines went into effect for our forces operating in Lebanon, according to which the forces are prohibited from opening fire proactively - unlike the policy adopted recently.

According to the instructions, opening fire will only be permitted in the event of a clear and immediate danger to the forces being identified, similar to the procedures used in Israeli territory.

At the same time, forces in the field were instructed to avoid staying at fixed points for long periods of time and to move slowly between different locations, in order to avoid becoming static targets.
