A ceremony to strengthen the study of Hasidic teachings was held this week in the large Beit Midrash in the new building of the 'Ma'ayani Israel' community in Jerusalem, led by rebbes, influential people, rabbis and one hundred heads of kollels with the patron of the 'Tiferet Shimshon' kollel network, the governor, Rabbi David Fisher.

The 'Neshmata Da'Oriyata' event took place in close proximity to the Yahrzeit of the father of the patron of the Kollelim network, the late Rabbi Shimshon Fisher, in whose name and in memory his son established the Kollelim network, which has branches throughout the country.

After a tour of the HaMaor Shabtorah Yeshiva, the event began with a mincha prayer and opening remarks from the head of the kollel, Rabbi Mendel Poig, who expanded on the greatness of Rabbi David Fisher's Torah holding, who is privileged to hold many hundreds of young men who meditate on Torah and Chassidus every month.

Rabbi Shlomo Weinstock, head of the 'Tiferet Shimshon - Bayan' kollel, Rabbi Shmuel Zalman Spitz, head of the 'Tiferet Shimshon - Doshinsky' kollel, and Rabbi Elazar Yona Brander, head of the 'Tiferet Shimshon - Belza Machnovka' kollel, spoke during the conference, reminding them that thanks to Rabbi David Fischer, they are privileged to integrate the study of Tanya Kadisha into the kollels they head, and to spread the springs of Hasidism thanks to them, as Messiah promised to the Be'esh Tov.

They also mentioned in their remarks the wonderful lessons of the head of the Kollel Reshet, Rabbi Mendel Poig, who comes to give lessons on the Tanya, explaining the depth of the words of the elderly Rebbe, with depth and understanding.

Rabbi Yisrael Fischer, head of the Even HaEzer – Tiferet Shimshon Kollel, and Rabbi Amram Fischer, head of the Hoshen Mishpat – Tiferet Shimshon Kollel, who combine theoretical and practical study with the study of Hasidic teachings, spoke on one Torah that combines the revelation of Torah and Hasidic teachings.

At the end of the first session, the governor distributed exquisite pocket-sized copies of the Tanya to the students of the HaMaor Shabtorah yeshiva, who passed the oral Tanya test with distinction.

The second session featured the chief mishfa of Mayanei Yisrael, Rabbi Shneur Zalman Gopin, who spoke ahead of the great and holy day of Tammuz, on the preparation required of every Hasid to continue his connection to the Lubavitcher Rebbe.

The Chief Rabbi Chaim Shalom Deutsch delivered a congratulatory speech in praise of the governor, who revolutionized the study of Hasidic teachings in the holy courts, with hundreds of avrechim from all communities and Hasidism who ponder the books of Hasidic thought with understanding and attainment.

The Chief Rabbi of the GCC, Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Walberg, noted in his remarks the enormous revolution that has been wrought in Mayanei Israel in general and in the network of kollelim in particular, when he notes that as a chief who comes to meet and give lessons in communities throughout the country, it is akin to 'coming to teach and being found to learn.'.

The event, led by influential figures and rabbis of the 'Ma'ayeni Yisrael' community, led by the Posk, the Ha"ach, the Rabbi Farkash, and the directors of the 'Ma'ayeni Yisrael' center, Rabbi Aharon Grass and Rabbi Mordechai Yoel Schwartz, was attended by one hundred heads of kollelim from Jerusalem, Bnei Brak, Beitar Illit, Haifa, Elad, Safed, Kiryat Gat, Modi'in Illit, Petah Tikva, Emanuel, Netanya, Tiberias, Har Yona, Afula, Arad and Rakhsim.
