Shikma Bresler, one of the leaders of the protest against the government and legal reform, caused a stir on social media this evening (Thursday) after she sharply attacked the "Jerusalem Faction" demonstrations, which included road and railway blockades, in several central locations across the country.

In a tweet she posted, Bresler wrote: "There is no difference between the ultra-Orthodox phalanxes of the government on the roads, for whom the law has no meaning, and the phalanxes of the government in Judea and Samaria, for whom the law has no meaning. There is no need to be angry either. We need to understand who they are. What they want (a dark religious state). Then he realized that we are in a fight for the soul of the state. The love in our hearts will prevail.".

The tweet sparked many reactions online, with many reminding Bresler of the days of protests against the legal reform, when she, along with other activists, led a series of demonstrations that included blocking major roads across the country.

""They're just copying you," one user wrote to her. "If they took care of you and your friends, they could probably take care of them too.".

Surfer Shmulik wrote: "In other words, Kaplanists are allowed to block roads and Haredim are not allowed? This is exactly the D-M-O-K-R-T-I that I fear. Some are allowed to break the law because in their opinion they are fighting for the value of 'higher', while others are not allowed because they are fighting for darkness.".

And another surfer mentioned: "Huh... am I dreaming?... For at least a whole year if not more, it was you on the roads... privileged anarchists... how embarrassing.".
