Journalist Barak Ravid, Channel 12's correspondent for the US, embarrassed presenter Oded Ben Ben Ami this evening (Monday) when he answered his questions in an alienating and brief manner.
First, Ben Ami had a conversation with commentator Babak Itzhaky from the Iran International channel, and then turned to Ravid: "Barak Ravid, is Washington responding to the message coming from Tehran?".
Ravid replied briefly: "Not yet.".
Ben Ami tried to develop the conversation - and asked: "Didn't it get there, or is it taking them time to process and formulate an answer or response?""
Ravid replied again briefly: "I don't know, they didn't comment.".
In an attempt to revive the conversation, Ben Ami moved on to another topic and asked: "And as for Lebanon, as for the issue of Lebanon?",
Ravid replied: "What's the question?""
Ben Ami despaired: "I'll think of a question, Barak.".
Immediately afterwards, Ben Ami turned to journalist Nitzan Shapira, while Ravid immediately got up from the broadcast stand and left.
