Over the past two days, fighters from the Duvdevan unit, under the direction of the Shin Bet, have operated and arrested five terrorists in three special operations in Judea and Samaria.
In Jenin, the fighters arrested a terrorist who was planning to carry out an attack in the immediate future. In the village of Tida, the forces arrested a terrorist affiliated with the Hamas terrorist organization who was promoting terrorist acts.
In another operation in the Qalandiya area and the village of Al-Bira in Binyamin, the fighters arrested three terrorists, including a gunman who incited terrorist activity and a terrorist who was engaged in assembling explosives.
The terrorists were transferred to the security forces for further treatment.
Meanwhile, last night, Judea and Samaria Border Guard operatives operated under precise intelligence guidance from the General Security Service to arrest two terrorists in the city of Nablus, who were planning to carry out an attack in the immediate future.
The forces entered the area in a chaotic manner, closed in on the building where the suspects were hiding, and began negotiations until the terrorists surrendered to the forces and were arrested.
The two suspects were transferred to the Shin Bet for further investigation.
