The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment today (Friday) with the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court against Dr. Rehov, Yigal Buskila, 19, from Jerusalem, charging him with three charges for committing the offenses of false imprisonment, threats, assault causing actual bodily harm, assault, invasion of privacy, and unlawful possession of a knife.

The indictment filed by Attorney Roy Reis of the Central District Attorney's Office indicates that during the month of August, on three different occasions, in different places across the country, Buskila initiated a conversation and made friends with minors, with whom he had no prior acquaintance, telling them that he had previously been in prison and had committed various criminal offenses towards and in the presence of the minors.

In one case, while a 10-year-old boy was playing on a soccer field in Petah Tikva with his friends, Buskila approached them and asked for money, after telling them he had been in prison. The boy suggested going to a nearby public park and the two walked together and asked for money from a passerby who gave Buskila 100 shekels.

Afterwards, at Buskila's initiative and with the child's consent, for several hours, Buskila led him to various areas and places within the cities of Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan and Petah Tikva.

In Bnei Brak, he took him to a neglected, dirty, and smelly underground shelter in a residential building and, after they sat down on chairs, he placed his head on the boy's shoulder and knees, on the pretext that he needed to rest. The boy, who was afraid of being in the shelter, burst into tears and asked to leave.

Nevertheless, and despite his obvious distress, Buskila left him in the shelter and told him that they would only be leaving for a short while, thus forcing the frightened and crying child to remain in the shelter against his will. Only after several minutes, during which he continued to cry and ask to be taken out of the shelter, did Buskila agree and they left.

The child was located in Bnei Brak at midnight and Buskila was arrested.

In another case, Buskila came to her room and went to talk to two girls, about 17, near the entrance to one of their houses. He told them that he had been in prison before, and that he was dangerous, had criminal connections, and could harm them at any moment. After the two walked away from him, he followed them to a nearby public park and began threatening them.

During the incident, he threatened to harm and even murder passersby, including a woman, a child, and elderly people.

Later, when one of the girls called a friend to ask for help, Buskila threatened her and her friend, pulled her hand tightly and tried to take the phone from her by force, demanding that she hang up the call. The two tried to get away from him, but Buskila continued to follow them, until at some point one of the girls left, while Buskila continued to follow the other towards her house, grabbed her hand, threatened her and tried to prevent her from leaving, until she managed to break free from him and ran away.

The next day he returned to her apartment building and whistled at an open window in her house.

In another incident, Buskila spoke with a 15-year-old boy who was waiting for a bus at the central bus station in Beer Sheva and told him, among other things, that he had been in prison before and asked him to help him with money, cigarettes, shoes, and a place to stay.

The boy agreed that Buskila would accompany him on the bus ride and the two traveled to Arad. At Buskila's request to rest in a shelter, the boy took him to the shelter. Due to the boy's great fear of the darkness in the shelter, he used his cell phone to shine a light, while Buskila begged him to turn off the light, claiming that it was disturbing his rest, and pulled out a large, sharp knife that he was holding in his face.

The frightened boy left the shelter and Buskila followed, and the two continued to wander the area for several more hours.

The prosecution asked the court to order Buskila's arrest until the end of the legal proceedings against him.

[24
178,2245,66666
post-1064165","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-24","tag-178","tag-2245","tag-66666
