Brigadier General (res.) Ofer Winter launched the 'Amach Yisrael' party in Jerusalem this evening (Tuesday) - and announced his entry into the political arena.

Winter presented the team with which he wishes to run in the upcoming elections for the 26th Knesset. The list includes members of the military, media and legal professions, settlement representatives, public activists and bereaved families.

Winter did not mention Netanyahu in his remarks - but pledged to "support a right-wing government": "We are a clear and distinct part of the right-wing camp. We will do everything to establish a right-wing government as broad as possible with as many Zionist partners as possible.".

He added: "There will be those who will say that we are inexperienced, fine. We have already seen where 'this experience' of the old system has led us. They will throw mud at us because unfortunately the existing forces are afraid of change and are not willing to let new and fresh forces in, but we are your reserve force and we are entering this with all our strength, not to fight, but with love and a mission for the people. We did not want this, but we chose to enter under the stretcher for and for the good of the people.".

""The 'Amach Yisrael' party represents the diversity of Israeli society and will lead right-wing policies that will ensure the security of the state. Establishing this new body is a must for us to bring change and ensure the eternity of Israel.".

The Amach Yisrael party aims that if it is a partner in the next government, Ofer Winter will receive the defense portfolio.

At the end of his speech, Winter invited Yosef Haddad to the stage, whom he presented as a candidate for the position of Minister of Information: "I invite the one who, God willing, will be the next Minister of Information of the State of Israel, a Golan fighter, and one who fought for the people of Israel and the state of the Jewish people throughout the world - Yosef Haddad.".

Publicity activist Yosef Haddad, A Christian Arab-Israeli and wounded IDF soldier who served as a fighter and commander in the Golani Brigade and was seriously wounded in the battle of Bint Jabil during the Second Lebanon War - was placed second on the list.

In recent years, Haddad has been active in the Israeli advocacy arena, and until recently served as CEO of the "Together - Arabs for Each Other" association, which works to integrate Arab society in the State of Israel.

""I decided to enter the political arena out of a sense of mission and national responsibility," Haddad said. "I chose to join Ofer Winter out of belief in shared values and a vision for the state. From the Knesset, I will continue to work for strong Israeli advocacy in the world, for making the state a power in the Middle East, and for strengthening the partnership between all citizens of Israel.".

Haddad stated in his speech that he plans to be "the first Arab in the cabinet.".

The journalist also joins the list Good name plants, 43 years old, born in Kiryat Shmona and resident of Metula, who was evacuated from her home with her family at the outbreak of the Iron Swords War. She lectures to military, social, and business organizations and promotes, among other things, opposition to agreements with Hamas and support for immigration from Gaza as part of changing the security reality in the region.

""The October Revolution changed our lives and the face of the country forever," said Kraunick. "I'm not entering politics to grab a seat. I'm entering because I feel I have a mission. A mission to make the voices of the residents of the surrounding area heard, of the families who paid the heaviest price, and of our generation of children, who deserve to grow up in a stronger and safer country.".

Even the bereaved mother Lali Deri, the mother of Maj.
