Activists of the extreme left-wing movement "Standing Together" arrived this morning (Wednesday) at the headquarters of the Religious Zionist Party in Shashaam - and held a protest there with "blood" on their hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The protesters sat on the floor and chanted: "Smotrich is financing, the settlers are burning, the blood is on the hands of the bloody government" and "The suit won't help, they are organizing terror here.".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Religious Zionist Party said that during the protest, demonstrators attempted to enter the party's headquarters. Party employees were instructed to remain in their offices and not leave until police arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the arrival of police forces, the leftist activists left the party headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Religious Zionism stated: "The incitement of Yair Golan and his friends, and the silence of Gadi Eisenkot, against the settlers, are having results on the ground. We demand that the police investigate the incident and ensure the safety of party workers in Israel. There is no place for violence in the political arena. Opposition leaders Gadi Eisenkot, Naftali Bennett and Chili Tropper must condemn the violence of the extreme left, which is motivated by incitement against the settler public.".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ron Feiner, an activist in the 'Standing Together' movement: "The Religious Zionist Party is transferring millions to support the activities of the terror farms in the West Bank. Finance Minister Smotrich is transferring the money of Israeli citizens to settler terror that burns villages, dispossesses and expels people from their lands and homes, and is burning our future.".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added: "As long as this terror continues, there will be no security for us here. We will not stop fighting until they dismantle the farms and stop the terror. Until there is Israeli-Palestinian peace.".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The police said: A report was received at the 100 hotline about a group of protesters outside the headquarters of the Religious Zionist Party in the city of Shoham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Central District police from the Rosh HaAyin station arrived on the scene within minutes, but by the time they arrived, the protesters had already left. A small number of protesters participated in the protest, painting their hands red and taking pictures at the entrance to the party offices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
