A joint professional seminar was held at the ZAKA Regional Headquarters for senior officials from the Jerusalem and Central Districts of the Home Front Command and for ZAKA commanders from the Jerusalem and Central Districts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen personal acquaintance between commanders and teams, deepen cooperation, and create more efficient work interfaces that will assist during joint activities in the field and in emergency events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the seminar, the operational capabilities of the two organizations, the organizational structure of the district, and operational work procedures were presented, alongside an overview given by Deputy Director of Operations Haim Weingarten of ZAKA's activities in emergency scenes and the ongoing cooperation between the organizations in routine and emergency situations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants were exposed to professional reviews, learned about the various operational challenges, and held a joint dialogue designed to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among the participants from the Home Front Command: Col. Ohad Moyal, Commander of the Jerusalem and Central District, Col. Eli Kinsberg, Commander of the District, Col. Michael Galinsky, Commander of the District, Lt. Col. (res.) Maayan Yaakov, Commander of the Home Front Command Complex, Major Rabbi Shlomi Matot, District Rabbi, Major Yoni Bernfeld, Deputy District Rabbi, officers and rabbis of the district's battalions, and dozens of officers and rabbis of the districts in the Home Front Command.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On behalf of ZAKA, ZAKA Director General Dovi Wiesenstern, Deputy Director of Operations Haim Weingarten, along with dozens of district, region commanders and team leaders from the Jerusalem and Central Districts participated, including Jerusalem District Commander Benzi Oering, Central District Commander Moshe Gamro, Central District Commander of the Yehuda Region Marcus, Sheflera Region Commander Mendi Habib, ZAKA Beit Shemesh Commander Abrimi Kap, ZAKA Jerusalem District Commander Eli Pollak, who serves as Deputy Director General of Ihud Hatzalah, deputy commanders and team leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the meeting, the great importance of integrating forces between ZAKA and the Home Front Command was emphasized, out of a shared commitment to saving lives, providing assistance to civilians, and providing a rapid and professional response in routine and emergency situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
