The arrest request indicates that the suspect, owner of Ran Ofek Projects Ltd., submitted false reports to the Tax Authority starting in 2024, misrepresenting business activity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The findings of the investigation so far indicate a sophisticated method of using false invoices to illegally offset input tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the investigation, overt and covert operations were carried out, including searches and seizure of documents and computer materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The operations were carried out with the assistance of the Lachish Special Operations Unit and the Ashkelon Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
