Rescue forces were called to Hazon Ish Street in Braksim on Saturday morning, after two children, ages 4 and 6, fell from a height from a tarpaulin shed.

The paramedics who arrived at the scene provided the children with initial medical treatment, and they were evacuated with head injuries for further treatment at Rambam Hospital in Haifa.

Hatzala Shabbat volunteers, Avi Boyar and Oriya Dadon: "When we arrived at the scene, we found two children, ages 4 and 6, suffering from head injuries after falling from a shed about two meters high. We provided them with initial medical treatment, including immobilizations and bandages, and they were evacuated in moderate condition for further treatment in the trauma room at Rambam Hospital in Haifa.""

Ariel Ben Elbaz, the Shabbat guard for United Hatzalah, said: "I was informed at the scene that the children fell from a tarpaulin shed - a shade net - that tore when they climbed on it in their yard, and as a result, they injured their heads. We provided them with first aid at the scene, and then they were evacuated to Rambam Hospital, where at this point their condition is moderate.".
