After the publicized transition, they parted in good spirits: MK Tali Gottlieb, who moved from Likud to the Otzma Yehudit party, met today (Monday) with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to her, Netanyahu thanked her for her activities during the outgoing term and wished her success. Gottlieb added that she made it clear that she would continue her fight to curb the power of the High Court of Justice and on other issues she raised in the meeting.

In a message she posted on her X account, she wrote: "I just finished a meeting with the Prime Minister. I was happy to hear from him words of thanks and appreciation for my extensive activity during the outgoing term for the right-wing government and for him as Prime Minister.".

""I made it clear to the Prime Minister that I appreciate him and will always protect him, even when we sometimes disagree along the way.

""I mentioned my commitment to completing the struggle against the tyranny of bureaucratic rule in the next term, curbing the power of the Supreme Court, and I pledged that I will not remain silent until the conspirators and malicious persecutors against him and the entire right-wing camp are brought to justice.".
