Deputy Minister of Communications Yisrael Eichler will end his role as Belza's representative in the Knesset, and Elyakim Stark will replace him and be included in the United Torah Judaism list.

Eichler will continue his public activities and head the Belza's "Holders of Religion" movement.

The official announcement stated that last week, the leaders of the 'Holders of Religion' movement, Israel Eichler and Elyakim Stark, received the blessing of the Rebbe of Belza "for continued success in their important and great activity on behalf of Haredi Judaism in the Holy Land," especially in light of the difficult times and challenges ahead.

According to the decision, Israel Eichler will head the 'Holders of Religion' movement, as the movement's path planner and its representatives in the various municipalities and branches throughout the country.

Stark, who currently serves as chairman of the Hasidic Executive Committee, will be the movement's representative in the Knesset.

Eichler has served as a member of Knesset since 2003, on and off, and as a representative of the Belz Hasidism on the Agudath Israel list.

The official announcement emphasized that the two intend to continue working together even after the exchange of roles.

According to the statement, "Rabbi Eichler and Rabbi Stark expressed gratitude for the broad public trust they have received, and promised to continue working together in full and coordinated cooperation as has been the case until now, for the benefit of the public and the individual.".
