The union between Naftali Bennett's party and Yair Lapid's Yesh Atid: Less than a day after Lapid presented the top ten candidates for the collapsing Yesh Atid, the Joint List's nominees were revealed.
In the top ten - 50% women.
The last few days before the list was closed were accompanied by Bennett's attempts to expand the party's ranks. On Friday, Bennett personally visited MK Hili Tropper's home, in an attempt to convince him to join the party - but without success. Tropper decided to reject the offer and instead join Gadi Eisenkot.
Together's list:
According to the latest poll by Shlomo Filber on Channel 14, the 'Together' party receives 9. Also according to the poll by the Direct Poll Institute on Channel I24, Together receives 9 seats.
This means: only 4 Yesh Atid representatives will enter the Knesset.
According to the agreement signed between the parties, Yesh Atid members will fill approximately 401,300 of the total seats on the Be'yat list. Given the close situation in the polls, the understanding in both headquarters was that "every seat counts," and the battle for positions was fierce: Lapid received four representatives in the top ten and five in the second ten.
