On Sunday, Border Police soldiers in the Jerusalem area acted following a report received at the police hotline 100 about an Israeli citizen, a resident of Holon, who had made a mistake and accidentally entered Area A in the Ramallah area of ​​Judea and Samaria - an area that is prohibited and dangerous for Israeli citizens to enter.

Upon receiving the report, Border Guard soldiers established telephone contact with the citizen and maintained continuous contact with him, while simultaneously sending a team of soldiers to the area - and conducting scans to locate him.

During the searches, the fighters located the civilian's vehicle, physically connected with him, ensured that he was not harmed, and then rescued him outside Area A - and brought him to safety.
