Who will you go to Shas with? MK Yoav Ben-Tzur of Shas spoke this evening (Tuesday) with Yaakov Bardugo and Prof. Moshe Cohen-Eliya on Galei Yisrael radio - and pledged that there is no chance that Shas will join the left.

""We are connected to the faith bloc and the right - there is no chance that we will go with the left, which persecutes every Jewish symbol, especially after all the statements. There is no such reality that we will go with Eisenkot.".

""Gadi Eisenkot is unequivocally left-wing, we will not go with him, he is a friend of the persecutors of religion and tradition. There is no question at all. Even if he gives us the conscription law, we will be with the right. This is the opinion of Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri and Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef. We are on the side of tradition and faith.".

It should be noted that yesterday, the chairman of the Shas faction in the Knesset, MK Yinon Azoulay, clarified, in an interview with Natan Meshi and Avi Gadlovitz on Kol Berama, the threshold conditions of his party before forming the next government - and also answered whether Shas will go with the left.

Although Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri declares that Shas is in the right-wing bloc, Azoulay revealed what's going on behind the scenes: "Will Netanyahu be Shas' sole candidate for prime minister? After the elections, the Council of Torah Sages will convene and decide.".

Let us recall that in the past, Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef came out strongly against the right-wing bloc. "They are going with the right, stuck with the right. I don't know what they found in the right today. What is it? Right, right, right, crazy...""
