Those around Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will work after the primaries to "cleanse the Likud" of Haredim who are not party supporters.

According to a report this evening (Monday) by Daniel Grobeis on 'Kan News', the move is reminiscent of similar campaigns, such as the fight waged against the 'new Likudniks' in previous primaries in the party.

The decision was made today, after the collaboration between the ultra-Orthodox commander in the Likud and MK David Bitan was revealed in 'deals' made during the primaries. So far, Netanyahu has silently allowed the move.

The plan now is to locate groups of functionaries who have expressed support for other parties, or even to disqualify entire commanders on the grounds that they are not truly party voters.
