On the occasion of the launch of the new Asian product series, the culinary brand Master Chef places at the forefront one of the most sought-after ingredients in Asian cuisine: wide wheat noodles, which allow you to easily prepare rich, authentic and flavorful dishes at home.

The experts at the culinary brand Master Chef have prepared a quick and easy recipe for preparing a dish, just like in a Thai restaurant: wide wheat noodles in red curry sauce, coconut cream and broccoli - a colorful, rich and velvety dish that combines the beloved flavors of Asia and is ready in just 20 minutes.

Suitable for entertaining, a festive event, and a family dinner.

Ingredients:

• ½ package Master Chef wide wheat noodles
• 1 tablespoon Master Chef sesame oil
• ½ package of thawed frozen broccoli
• 4–5 fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons red curry paste
• ½ can of Master Chef coconut cream
• Salt and pepper to taste

For serving (recommended):
• Fresh basil leaves
• Chopped peanuts
• Coriander

How to prepare:

  1. Cook the wide wheat noodles according to the manufacturer's instructions until they are soft but still al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wide frying pan or wok.
  3. Add the broccoli and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add the curry paste and basil leaves and stir until the aromas are released.
  5. Pour in the coconut cream, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes, until you have a creamy sauce. If necessary, add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and mix well until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, with fresh basil, chopped peanuts and cilantro to taste.

A tip from a master chef: You can upgrade the dish and add seared tofu cubes, stir-fried chicken, or combine additional vegetables such as mushrooms, carrots, edamame, or purple cabbage - to create a rich, colorful, and nutritious Asian meal.
