Special occasion: Thousands of students of the Holy Zohar from the 'Etkenshu' organization, led by 'Or Rashbi' in Meron, led by the great men of Israel, gathered on the eve of Rosh Chodesh Elul for a rally of cry and prayer, with the opening of the Days of Mercy and Forgiveness, along with the joy of completing the Zohar books studied by tens of thousands of members of the organization throughout the year.
Since the afternoon, dozens of buses filled with thousands of members have been pouring in from all cities across the country. During the trip, participants enjoyed a unique refreshment station on Highway 6, where each passenger was given a well-designed "roadside" kit, as part of the logistical preparations of the Or Rashbi management for the students.
The main event opened near the Rashbi's memorial. The organization's chairman, Rabbi Berel Fried, opened the event and invited the speaker, Rabbi Yosef David Schechter, grandson of the late Rabbi Yaakov Meir Schechter, who delivered passionate words of encouragement. Afterwards, the Rebbe of Zutshcha was honored with the recitation of "Petach Eliyahu.".
The congregational prayer continued with the recitation of the Psalms led by Chacham Nissim ben Shimon, after which the Rebbe of Pittsburgh read the Psalm "From the Depths" verse by verse along with the Elphin. Between each verse, the presiding Rabbi Yiddel Deitch stirred hearts about the great virtue of learning and time.
The Rebbe of the History of Abraham Yitzchak blessed the audience and the general Kvitlach book with the names of thousands of Zohar scholars, which was presented by Rabbi Berel Fried – to all the Rebbes, as a blessing for the new year.
The sublime moments of the prayer gathering came during the fiery words of the Kabbalist, the late Rabbi Yitzhak Moshe Erlanger, who led the sections of the selichot in tears, culminating in the recitation of the 13 Virtues of Mercy to the sound of shofar blasts that shook hearts.
Immediately afterwards, the acceptance of the yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven was conducted with reverence and trembling by the Rebbe of Ndburna Safed.
The closing of the Zohar was conducted by the rabbi Shmuel Eliezer Stern. Upon the conclusion of the Kaddish, thousands of members broke out in dances in honor of the divine Tanna, to the sounds of the extended Malchot Choir and singer Rabbi Avrimir Moskowitz, who carried away the dancing that lasted for an hour.
The Mizrahi Ma'amed was graced with their presence by the Rebbe of the History of Abraham Yitzhak, the Rebbe of Sert Wizhnitz, the Rebbe of Ndburna Safed, Hacham Nissim ben Shimon, the Rebbe of Pittsburgh, the Rebbe of Zutska, the Rebbe of Matinya, the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Brandsdorfer, a member of the Badatz of the Haredi Eda, the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Eliezer Stern, the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Weiss, the Rabbi of the city of Beitar, the Gaon Rabbi Elazar Stern, the Rav of the Moshav Meron, the GHAT Rabbi Moshe Kahn, the Rosh Yeshiva of To'A, the sons of the Rebbe of the History of Abraham Yitzhak, the sons of the Rebbe of Machnowka, and a long line of rabbis from all communities.
