Haredi protesters blocked northbound Highway 6 to traffic today (Tuesday) in the area of ​​the Nitzani Oz interchange, following the arrest of a 'deserter' by traffic police on Highway 6.

According to reports, the 'defector' who was handed over to the military police on Route 6 is Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Duvdevani, a 24-year-old Abrech, father of two, and resident of Elad.

The man and his family are receiving legal support and assistance from the David Isaacson Law Firm, on behalf of the organization 'Giving Women'.

Tomorrow, Agudat Israel's "Vehicle Protest - So Far!" is expected to take place across the country - in protest of the arrest of deserters.

The police have approved the protest, which is expected to take place from 19 locations across the country. The condition they set is that the mass convoys will not enter the military prison and Kfar Yona - through which the access road to Prison 10 passes.
