The court today (Wednesday) ordered the release under restrictive conditions of 49 of the suspects arrested after the break-in into the yard of the home of Deputy Supreme Court President Judge Noam Solberg in the town of Alon Shvut.
Of those released, 18 draft evaders and one deserter were not released to their homes, but were transferred by the Prison Service to the Military Police for further treatment.
At the same time, the police requested an eight-day extension of the detention of four additional suspects arrested in the incident, including one deserter.
According to the police, this is because there has been a "significant development" in the investigation, and a "confidential report" has been submitted on the matter.
In addition, a minor arrested in the case will remain under house arrest at this stage.
The District Court on Monday rejected the appeal filed by 51 of the suspects arrested on suspicion of involvement in a break-in into his home's yard - and causing damage to the flower pots, the windows of the house, and the family vehicle.
In accordance with the decision, they remain in detention to this day.
