The remaining detainees, whose detention was extended by a week, also filed appeals, and the District Court ruled that the days of detention would be shortened - and that all of them would remain behind bars until Sunday.
The Committee for Prisoners of Zion reported that a total of 65 detainees were arrested during a protest outside the home of Supreme Court Justice Noam Solberg. An appeal in their case was filed today in the Jerusalem District Court by both the police and the lawyers on behalf of the committee.
In the ruling issued today, it was decided that 7 minors will be released and 58 have their detention extended until Sunday, in contrast to the ruling issued yesterday in which their detention was extended until Tuesday.
The detainees are held in the following detention centers: 21 - Hadarim Prison, 14 - Nitzan Prison, 22 - Abu Kabir Prison, 1 - Ofek Prison.
