Starting today (Monday), a designated waiting parking lot will be open free of charge for the first hour, for drivers arriving to pick up passengers from Ben Gurion Airport.
The parking lot allows you to wait comfortably until passengers arrive, without endangering traffic or receiving a ticket.
The Airports Authority reminds that stopping or waiting on the side of the road in the Ben Gurion Airport area is prohibited and endangers traffic. Enforcement in the area is carried out using a camera system deployed throughout Ben Gurion Airport, and drivers who violate the guidelines are subject to a fine of 500 NIS.
The new parking lot is located just minutes from the terminal, and can be navigated to using Waze by searching: “Hourly Parking Lot - Ben Gurion Airport.”.
