Firefighters from the Judea region, with the assistance of volunteers, worked on a fire that broke out in a yeshiva located on Koenig Street in the city of Beitar Illit this afternoon (Monday).
The teams that arrived at the scene detected smoke rising from the building, while many students were inside.
The forces began operations to extinguish the fire and simultaneously evacuate the students safely.
Reshef Lichi Ben Lulu, shift commander: ""This is a fire that occurred while many students were in the building. Upon arrival at the scene, I ordered the building to be evacuated immediately in order not to endanger the students.".
""Firefighters worked quickly to reach the source of the fire on one of the yeshiva roofs and worked to extinguish the blaze.".

This incident joins two significant events that occurred in the city of Beitar Illit yesterday: The first incident also occurred in a yeshiva where students were staying, and firefighters managed to control the fire without any casualties.
