Rescue paramedic Moshe Perlman: "When I arrived at the scene of the traffic accident with my MDA ambulance, I found two young pedestrians, about 20 years old, unconscious, suffering from multiple systemic injuries after being hit by a vehicle. Together with rescue and MDA paramedics and paramedics, we provided them with initial medical treatment, including immobilization and dressings, and they were evacuated in serious condition for further treatment in the trauma room at HaEmek Hospital in the city.

MDA paramedic Muhammad Shanan said: "We saw the two pedestrians in a confused state and suffering from serious injuries to their bodies. We provided them with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated them to the hospital in serious condition.".
