The media personality who was the religion correspondent for 'Kan News' and moved to 'Makor Rishon' is embarking on a new journey.

Weiss tweeted today (Sunday) on his X account: "After 13 years in journalism, I am happy to announce a new professional path in a parallel world: communications and strategy consulting. My phone number remains the same. You are welcome to contact us and with God's help we will succeed.".

Weiss, 33, born in Bnei Brak, began his journalistic career at Koy HaNeys, then served as a political correspondent for the website Behadrei Haredim.

In 2016, he began working for the Israel Broadcasting Corporation - as an economic correspondent for 'Kan News', and published many articles about the Haredi middle class and the lower decile, including investigations into the Lottery and Haredi economic policy.

In 2018, he began serving as the corporation's religion correspondent.

A year ago, after eight years at the corporation, he moved to the newspaper 'Makor Rishon' - where he worked as a political and diplomatic correspondent.
