Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Feinstein delivered encouraging words in preparation for receiving the Torah to hundreds of students at the Ohel Torah Yeshiva in Ramat Shlomo, led by Rabbi Moalem.
In his words, he emphasized the high degree of Torah labor and engagement, which is more than a high priest who enters the front and back. The Grach explained the essence of connecting to the Torah through engagement in the Torah - and that the Torah becomes the personal property of the learner.
At the end of his remarks, the Rosh Yeshiva spoke words of encouragement about the value of Torah students, yeshiva students, and kollel elders, in light of the decrees imposed on them and the campaign of incitement - and said: "Torah students are the purpose of all creation.".
The head of the yeshiva noted the words of the 'Cafetz Chaim' that "wisdom in war is to be on the strong side, and in this war - it is clear that the strong side is the side of the Torah students, which is the side of the Torah and God Almighty.".
The yeshiva head added that today we are witnessing the words of our late Rabbi Chaim Halevi, whose sole intention is to uproot Judaism - and warned yeshiva members against temptations: "What is advertised as a Haredi company or a Hasidic group, and the like, is nothing more than a blatant lie with the intention of passing on religion. Anyone who goes to a military unit is the same as going to a church or a priest, which are places of destruction.".
