Channel 14 announced today (Tuesday) the acquisition of the news website Mignews - one of the leading and oldest websites in Israel in the Russian language.
The site is considered the second largest in its field, with approximately 250,000 unique visitors each month, approximately 3.5 million monthly visits, and approximately 10 million page views.
Approximately 751% of the site's traffic comes from Israel and the rest from around the world, a figure that strengthens the connection between the Diaspora and Israel.
The channel says that "the acquisition constitutes a strategic step in expanding the channel's activities and deepening the connection with the Russian-speaking audience in Israel, while strengthening its presence in the digital and news arena.".
