Israel's ambassador to Sweden, Ziv Nevo Coleman, protested this morning (Sunday) about a performance that was documented yesterday on the streets of the capital Stockholm by pro-Palestinian activists - in which a man who appears to be Jewish, wearing a large kippah, wearing a blood-stained butcher's apron, slits the throat of a Palestinian woman, while the audience chants "Crush Zionism.".
""Acts of open anti-Semitism, week after week on the streets of Stockholm," the ambassador wrote. "The same age-old stereotypes and blood libels, repackaged by replacing 'Jews' with 'Zionists.'.
""'Freedom of speech' is being exploited to promote hatred and incitement against a national minority. Too many bystanders are silent. This is Europe in 2026.".
On the streets of Stockholm, pro-Palestinian activists stage an obscene theater: a man depicted as a Jew, wearing a kippah and drenched in blood, slits the throat of a Palestinian while the crowd chants "Crush Zionism."“
