The Home Front Command published the updated defense guidelines for the home front this evening (Monday), which include restricting gatherings in a number of localities where there was no restriction previously.
The guidelines went into effect today, April 13th from 9:00 PM, until April 14th at 8:00 PM.
According to the new guidelines, starting this evening, a restriction on gatherings of up to 5,000 people has been introduced in the following places: Southern Golan Heights, Beit Shean Valley, the Valley, the Dead Sea, Jerusalem, Judea, Judean Plain, Lachish, West Lachish, Gaza Strip, Western Negev, Central Negev, Southern Negev, Arava and Eilat.
In the communities on the conflict line on the Lebanese border, activity will remain limited, and educational activities will be allowed only within a standard protected area.
In the northern Golan Heights, the Upper Galilee and the settlements of Karsim and Kedmat Zvi - activity will remain limited, but educational activities will be possible in a place from which it is possible to reach a standard protected space during the quarantine. In other areas throughout the country, the guidelines will remain unchanged.
